1. Scope

These terms govern use of the AquaV API by registered users.

2. Usage rights

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the API within the limits of their chosen plan (Free/Pro) and applicable rate limits.

3. API keys

API keys must be kept confidential. Users are liable for activity under their key.

4. Abuse

Abusive use (including circumventing rate limits, SSRF attempts) leads to account suspension.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
